Teresa Koster is the Division President of Gallagher Koster in Quincy, MA. She started her career in the area of community/public health in her home state of California, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University in Health Administration. As a result, she was successful in establishing a position as a health planner at a non-profit community center where she created and implemented health education programs for adolescents and represented the health center to other organizations involved in servicing the community. Teresa also had the opportunity to work as the Director of Planned Parenthood in the San Mateo area of California, which involved managing two medical clinics, supervising 20 employees, including physicians, nurse practitioners and counselors, and initiated new services.

Teresa is an avid supporter of the health, education and arts communities, serving as a board member for her own Scholarship Program as well as for the Simboli Family College Award (for graduating students of Chelsea High School in Massachusetts). Additionally, Teresa serves as a member of the President’s Council for Berklee College of Music, a Vice President of the University Club of Boston and is part of the mentor program at Berklee.
