Renato Paiva
Access Youth Academy Executive Director, Renato Paiva, has led the program since its inception in 2007. Before accepting this position, he resided in Boston where he was the assistant squash coach at Harvard University. Originally from Brazil, Renato was a Brazilian Junior Champion and top junior in South America. During this time, he proudly represented his country as team captain of the national team. He graduated from Ruy Barbosa University with a BA in Buisness. Renato enjoys life in San Diego with his wife Kim, daughter Marina, and dog Bubba.
